The GEPG provides researchers with easy, low cost access to reagents for genome engineering. We can custom design and build TALENs, CRISPR sgRNAs, and donor constructs for knock-out or knock-in approaches.

Design of CRISPR short guide RNAs (sgRNAs) using up-to-date rules for effectiveness and reduced off-targeting; custom construction of CRISPR sgRNA constructs in a variety of vectors.

Custom construction of donor constructs for knock-in approaches.

Custom construction of TAL endonuclease (TALEN) pairs and other TAL fusions.
