Major Equipment:
- C1 Plus Confocal System outfitted with 3 excitation lasers, a high resolution CCD camera with 4 excitation filters, and DIC/Nomarski optics
- Microscope incubator with CO2 is available for live-cell imaging
- Nikon TE2000-U inverted Microscope
- SPOT-RT CCD system for conventional immunofluorescence

- Confocal immunofluorescence, Co-localization study, 3D render & reconstruction, Photobleaching studies
- Conventional epifluorescence microscopy, bright field, phase contrast, and DIC/ Nomarski using SPOT-RT CCD
- Live cell imaging using a custom microscope incubator with CO2 control
